NightHawk Radiology Services offers diagnostic radiology services in either preliminary or final interpretation reports, 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. Studies are sent to our radiologists in a compressed DICOM format and evaluated, after which a typewritten report is sent back to the attending physician via a secured connection to ensure patient privacy. If a case requires immediate medical attention, a call will be made to the attending physician to discuss the findings. NightHawk also offers toll-free phone and fax numbers for clients to contact the radiologists directly.

Fast, Reliable Evaluations
On average, attending physicians and radiology departments will receive a report from a NightHawk radiologist with our preliminary service in less than 20 minutes. Our final interpretation reporting varies upon several specified levels of service and needs. NightHawk has developed an online order entry system that makes the hospital tech’s job faster and easier. The reports can also be viewed on a secure Web browser, and are available online the next day for the attending physician to complete a second review.

Day Coverage and Final Reads
NightHawk provides full 24-hour teleradiology coverage for radiology groups that require short-term support during business hours. We also offer Final interpretations to those sites that need some extra support either for overflow during busy times, vacation coverage, or to replace the locum tenens program they commonly use.

NightHawk employs a team of specialists to expedite all state licensing, hospital privileging and internal credentialing process. These individuals facilitate paperwork, set up teleconferences or meetings between licensing and credentialing boards and our doctors in order to make sure our radiologists can assist you to our full capacity.
